About Us

Who are we?

In 2016 we began healing & reversing our dis-ease & chronic pain and then holistically began establishing a deeper understanding of the medical, physical & metaphysical reasons of chronic pain. Alexandra Sparrow, a health-conscious chef, began creating specialized & delicious healthy products, eventually having her products endorsed by an integrative healing medical doctor She began assisting clients to nourish, improve & heal their physical, mental & spiritual health.
As a mindfulness & wellness coach, Wanita, an avid chronic pain researcher, began a journey to understand the underlying causes & source of trauma & pain that cause dis-ease.
Together, we lovingly assist  clients to heal their own lives by kickstarting & improving their biome/microbiome & gut health with our locally sourced products by integrating sustainably sourced ingredients into your daily life, gently instilling a naturally healthier way of thinking about your well-being.
We began establishing a deeper understanding of the role of our three brains – The HEAD brain, the HEART brain, & the GUT brain. The three brains are like an orchestra, with billions of neurons cooperating to produce a harmonic symphony – harnessing together an ever-changing network of neurons that work in synchrony.
Oscillations created by impulses from the three brains synchronize various operations within and across the vast communication networks. Together the oscillations ensure that all components can do their job at the right time, the way a conductor creates order among a large number of instruments in an orchestra. In contrast, when synchronization fails, our three brains no longer function properly.
The Roles of our Three Brains
Although the head, heart, & gut brains work together, they have different physical functions and they also perform different mental and emotional roles.
The head brain analyzes information & applies logic.
The heart-brain senses the world through emotion & feelings.
The gut-brain is used for understanding our identity & who we are in the world. The gut-brain also helps us learn self-preservation by teaching us to follow our instinct – the “gut feeling” we all experience at times.
At MedicinAlly, it is our mission to take care of the entire body holistically with integrative & Ayurvedic ‘soulutions’.
With extensive and understanding of ingredients & their benefits, together we began establishing our focus on the wellness of the 11 organ systems of the body.
These are the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, urinary & reproductive systems.
The pursuit of our health & wellness, over the last five years, has become our testimony of passion that has begun changing so many lives & our reason for jumping out of bed each day.  We have spent years trying & testing the most valuable health intelligence, that is our mission to share and assist our clients to heal their own lives too.
Our inimitable & thoughtfully designed supreme product is our bone broth.
What is Bone Broth?
Bone broth is simple, it’s timeless, and it is about a back-to-basics approach for healing. Bone broth has unbelievable healing properties, that can be explored much more extensively.
Bones represent the structure of the universe. When we feel the truth, we feel it ‘deep in our bones’. Well-made bone broth, with the correct amount of the perfect ingredients, is grounding and nourishing. One of the first forms of cooking was to boil the food for a long while. Although the flavoring process was ancient, the health benefits were extensive.
In today’s busy life most people don’t have the time to follow old principles & that is why we are here to do it for you. Not only is this amazing news, but we also have science to prove the benefits for our body. With each sip of this divine & delicious elixir, you will begin to feel the extensive list of healing benefits.
All ingredients for our delicious gut-healing, life-changing bone broth products are locally sourced and from sustainable and environmentally ethical sources.
